Any age limit to the package?

-Unless specifically noted- all packages are all ages. Please note the venue has age regulations. Check with local policies.

What if my ______ can't make it, Can we change attendee names?

-Unfortunately at this time we do not allow this.

I can't get off work for the event, Can I have a refund?

-We do not offer any refunds. In the case that you do not make the event, please contact us and your VIP items will be mailed to you after shipping cost is funded. Items will sent out within 7 days after the tour end.
